The Encompass team delivered a phenomenal amount of work in a tight timeframe, were highly responsive to feedback and provided insightful advice. I was particularly impressed by the way in which Encompass partnered with us to translate design into action; they did this with empathy and a deep understanding of our culture and likely barriers to change.
